Kanstantsin Kalamiets worked at the Research Institute of the Ministry of Economy of Belarus, took part in the development of a national “Comprehensive program for the design, construction and reconstruction of energy-efficient homes in the Republic of Belarus for 2009-2010 and up to 2020”.
