On Wednesday, April 15th, at the University of Florida (USA) Dr. Liubou Uladykouskaja will make a presentation “Intercultural Dialogue and Belarus: Crisis or Chance?”. She will discuss the importance of intercultural dialogue for the nation building and development of democracy in Belarus and its continued engagement with the EU and the US.
