24 January 2013 General Director of the Institution “Intercultural Dialogue” Liubou Uladykouskaja and Executive Director of the Instituton Igor Haritonov attended the meeting with a former European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy, former vice-president of the European Commission, Professor Gunther Verheugen that took place at the International Education Centre named after Johannes Rau in Minsk. The meeting was organized by this centre, the German community of foreign policy (DGAP), the Robert Bosch Foundation, the NGO “Liberal Club”. G. Verheugen took part in the panel discussion “The Present and Future of the European Union”, told about his vision of the future of the European Union, responded to questions from the audience.
